Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His ears are large.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He wears his red hair up in a very large beehive style do. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Jeweler who has hired him part-time. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Simon lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He very much looks the part of a Adventurer. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. She keeps her blonde hair in a pixie cut. Her hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
