Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Being a Bookbinder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: She wears a black cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'11" when asserting herself. She keeps her golden hair in a pixie cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A freak accident while working with her Dilettante mother left her crippled. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Dilettante they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Fortune-teller, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fortune-teller and was forced into it by her family.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Adam was born the youngest of three triplets. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. After months of barely getting by, Adam managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and doesn't want to be a barkeep and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He worked as a nervous Doctor and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
