Gerald was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dean embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Dean was born the youngest of three triplets. Dean was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Dean decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Weaver kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
