History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and to end her boredom

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Expand his business; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
