History: Born in the south to a Bookbinder, Elysande learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bookbinder for the past few years.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and balancing her hectic life and new bookbinder responsibilities is difficult

In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
