Personality: Sybil speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
