He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. After coming to the age of reason, Oriel took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
