History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A gifted student she started as a Detective, but she got bored and became a Barber. She has worked as a Barber like her father before her.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
