He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Richard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Lance was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
