History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Servant, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Servant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tanner for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Tanner responsibilities is difficult; and to share knowledge with the world
