History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ernest grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Diggory's homeland. Diggory decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Griselda was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Her brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her tan boots flare out at the collars, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 6'1" when asserting herself. She is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around her ears. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
