History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She tends to wear a black poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She has no hair. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. At a young age her mother died while driving off some illithids. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in shortbow use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'3" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep green leather and dull white iron scale mail. Her chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Barber. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bowyer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he is unsatisfied with his job
