Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He uses divination through singing.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Dilettante born in the past three hundred years. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shane grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shane. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Her childhood dream was to be a Cook, but she was a colossal failure. She tends to her Servant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Kody was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Ruler. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he has decided he is irredeemable
