History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Wymar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Wymar. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has taken up work as a Miner and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: To be a Cartwright again; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Jacoba was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
