Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Geoffrey grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Geoffrey. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
