She has a long golden ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 5 years.

His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born in a small plains village. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
