Personality: Don is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: Born to a Junk Dealer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Assassin. He tends to his Assassin job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: Matilda is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Matilda was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: 5'9" and muscular, this eastern woman typically wears grey cloth garments or leather armor. She has slicked back red hair. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.
History: Oriel was born with her father's beautiful face. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Oriel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Oriel. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she desires power and/or immortality
