Description: An older man who wears brown trousers with violet and green striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts, he is not a threatening figure. His silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is an amazing painter.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Richard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Richard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Richard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He prefers to wear flannel. With bright black hair and a scraggly beard. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: John was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears grey painted combat armor at almost all times, and is pretty ugly. Her golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: Williamina was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears tattered old clothes. His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud
