History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Tim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. Being a Architect kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
