Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. Emmeline enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Emmeline was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in mace use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
