History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: An older man who wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a crossbow on his belt, he is not a threatening figure. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Simon grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
