She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has achieved small success as a Guard.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.
