History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roland grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Margery alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She tends to her Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Gunter was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Gunter was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Gunter's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
