Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Avelina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Avelina. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Agnes grew up listening to her father's many stories. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is a great chef.

History: Gifted from a young age, Randal studied abroad. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
