Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barber born in the past three hundred years. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barber for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: He wears a grey cloak and cross-gartered white stockings. His chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Anselm was born with his mother's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a simple violet robe with tan stripes complete with hood. She has slicked back white hair. She has blue eyes and a violet hat with a tan feather.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She was taken from her home at a very young age. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to unite with her brother

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a black coat over a grey low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon her head. She has styled her auburn hair well, parting it to the left. This blue eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Herleva embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. The war was a terrible time for her, and Herleva does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Herleva was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: Expand her business; and wants to open a new tavern
