History: She was born into a rich family. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: She got into the Junk Dealer business at a young age. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Elysande alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She tends to her Junk Dealer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
