Description: An older man who wears a tattered pair of loose tan pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, he is not a threatening figure. His brown hair is cut short. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He worked as a nervous Roofer and found it very stressful. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'9" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She prefers to wear flannel. She has no hair. Her hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sellsword responsibilities is difficult; and retire the richest man in the south

His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
