History: Theodoric was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears a blue collared shirt and brown skirt. She accessorizes with a tan scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. Her hair is short and silver. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Mercenary business.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and wants to work out more often

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He usually wears his pastel robe and has his whip always slung over his shoulder. His white hair is braided into rings. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Armorer for hire.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. She has styled her white hair well, parting it to the left. Her gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Joan took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sickle and armor she uses now. Being a Sage kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and to get a good night's sleep
