Description: He wears a blue collared shirt and black pants. He accessorizes with a green scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He carries a battered ceremonial dagger and tarnished sword as well. He sports a long chestnut beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Heward was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heward fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a black shirt with thin green vertical stripes and black pants. Her hair is blonde and curly. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Maynild embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
