Description: This malnourished woman dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. Her chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. Her eyes are a pleasant gray.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. The war was a terrible time for her, and Ermina does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her monstrous two handed axe with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her white hair is braided into rings. Her gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She uses divination through singing.
History: She was born in the west. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Blacksmith kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: An older woman who likes to wear ponchos typically of a light blue in addition to tight pants, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is short and brown. Her eyes are a pleasant green.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Agatha liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: She is content; and doesn't want to be a locksmith and was forced into it by her family

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Lance was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
