History: Eva was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eva grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eva. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Simon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
