Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she tends to wear a large red jacket. Her red hair is matted, messy, and big. She has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Millicent took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up longbow and armor she uses now. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: 5'11" and muscular, this western woman wears long strands of topaz and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. She has shaved her head bald. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Stableman arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: To be a Animal Trainer again; and she has money and likes to spend it

History: Aline was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She became a Mercenary soon after.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and balancing her hectic life and new mercenary responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
