Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born in the east to a Fisher, Dustin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fisher. He's also a talented Mortician, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fisher and was forced into it by his family.

The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
