History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Manfred grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Manfred. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has worked as a Bounty Hunter like his father before him.
