History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Gerald was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gerald's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Gerald and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: Anselm hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Anselm was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Performer, but he got bored and became a Ploughman. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Roland embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
