History: She comes from a rich western family. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a mace on his belt, and is pretty ugly. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in the west to a Sailor, Cory learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Sailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Oriel's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Oriel hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying south to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Oriel was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the orcs.
