Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is a Layabout first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. The war was a terrible time for him, and Conrad does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Conrad was born with his mother's beautiful face. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He has achieved small success as a Layabout.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is her passion; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
