Personality: He is a Roofer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Hubert was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Hubert's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Jeweler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and sabotage a competitor
