Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.
History: Ida was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'2" and prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. Her green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with her Sage father left her crippled. During her travels, Eleanor and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Eleanor discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Eleanor fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
