History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
