History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Giselle was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Dilettante. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Justin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Justin. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
