Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Don was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Emeny lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Emeny never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Solomon liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
