History: Beatrice hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She's in love; and she wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Guard. He became a Guard soon after.
