Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A freak accident while working with his Crown-heir mother left him crippled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
