History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A freak accident while working with his Shipwright mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
