History: Gerard was born with his father's beautiful face. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Godfrey was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.
