Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Katherine was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Katherine decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Barber kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He struck the Barber job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new barber responsibilities is difficult
