History: He was born in the south. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tim. He struck the Tanner job and began his own company from there.

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Now he works as a painting tutor during his time off.

As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
