History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Jocelyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fletcher for the past few years.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult
