Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Matilda grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Recently the stress of being a Painter has made it difficult for her to sleep.
